We’re back to the harsh London reality already after a wonderful weekend in the Karoo national park.

Thank you so much for accommodating my sometimes pedantic wishes, responding to queries all through the past year of planning and dealing with those last-minute bread basket and butter pad hires!

John, myself and our guests had the most amazing day, it was an absolutely 5 star event. Everything went smoothly from our viewpoint and I am so glad that we chose to hold our wedding at such a beautiful place. So many commented on what a spectacular venue Webersburg is, the professionalism and smart appearance of the staff.

Please could you pass my thanks on to the staff that set-up and moved the floral arrangements and large candelabra down to the reception.
Thank you also for sticking on the personalised labels and organising the room drops for the overnight guests.

Good luck with the events – I don’t know how you manage to keep sane!
We will definitely be back to celebrate our 1st anniversary.

Now that the dust has settled and everything has semi returned to normal, I just wanted to say thanks for an exceptional wedding on Saturday. Louwrens, you and your team at Webersburg were fantastic, it surpassed all our expectations and could not in any way have been better than that. We will be sure to recommend Webersburg (not that you need it) whenever we hear of someone looking for a venue.

Absolutely World Class!

With regards to the booze, I will have an idea of what needs to be returned to the store and the balance we will pick up. I will try come through there tomorrow morning.

Wow! Ons troue was alles en nog meer wat ons ooit gehoop het dit gaan wees! Dit was die lekkerste dag van my lewe! Baie dankie vir alles wat julle gedoen het, julle bydrae gaan nie onopgemerk verby nie, alles was net ‘n absolute sprokie en ‘n fees, en die gaste gons nou nog oor die troue! Die terugvoer wat ons kry is overwhelming, dit is so lekker!

Dankie aan almal by Webersburg, van die netheid van die plaas, tot die behulpsaamheid van die staff het alles net soveel lekkerder gemaak, en alles het  mooi glad verloop. Webersburg het al die gaste se asems weggeslaan, dit is ‘n ongelooflike venue, en Webersburg het diep en verewig in my en Carl, ons gesinne en al ons vriende se harte ingekruip! Ek kan nie aan ‘n plek dink wat ons bo Webersburg sal verkies om ewig trou aan mekaar te beloof nie, dit was die “perfect setting” vir ons “perfect day”.

Ons sal ‘n draai kom maak en persoonlik kom dankie se!

Dear Louwrens

We too had immense pleasure in meeting and working with you and Kaley and would like to keep in touch – i.e. if you are ever in Europe look us up at any time. A key to the wedding’s overall success was our chance to ‘take over’ Webersburg for those three days.  It was our home from home and a wonderful place to chill out with the 20 people closest to us, something you can’t do if you are getting married in your home town.  You should use that as a differentiator compared to your competitors if you ever need to, though judging by the sounds of it, you have no problem in filling the venue for weddings into 2010!

Now that the dust has settled and things are almost normal, we would just like to thank you all - and your team - very much for making our day so special. Your professionalism was very appreciated and our guests had a fabulous time.

Compliments to the chef, Piet, as the food was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Needless to say they were rather peckish after all the wine they were drinking! It really was excellent wine! :)
