Sakhile and Pat met at the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Ireland on the 17th March 2002. Pat proposed over a romantic meal on holiday in Fuerteventura (Canary Islands) while the couple were on holiday.

Sakhile walked down the aisle on a sunny day to the beautiful sound of 'Pachelbel Canon in D'. The couple exited the ceremony to the most appropriate choice in music – 'What a Wonderful World'. "And at that point it really did seem like a wonderful world – we were so happy!"

Pre-drinks were hosted near the lawns where guests could play Croquet and Boules to the sound of the Gary Deacon Jazz Duo. Drinks flowed and delicate canapés were circulated. The couple entered the room to the haunting sound of "First Time I Saw Your Face", the Irish version by Christy Moore. Once guests had dried their eyes, they were treated to an exquisite meal catered by Andrea from DISH Food & Social.

Sakhile says: "Our wedding was the happiest day of our lives – the most wonderful day ever! To see all the work and time spent planning come together so effectively was nothing short of brilliant. The setting was amazing and the weather was a gift from above. Clouds Estate is such a stunning venue! The excitement started to build up the day before when we checked into the guest house at Clouds. The 'girls' had an early start with beauty treatments and getting our hair done. I felt the morning to be quite relaxing and was not nervous at all - just eagerly anticipating the ceremony and reception that was to follow. And what a celebration we had, shared with all our loved ones!" Sakhile and Pat then spent a week in Mauritius on honeymoon, soaking up some sun and spending time together.

"The most important aspects of the day would be to select the perfect location to host your wedding celebration and of course to book The Aleit Group who will assist in making your wedding the most incredible day of your lives!" From the moment Sakhile first met up with Aleit in Oct 2009 she knew they were the team for the job! "Aleit and Jaco – your attention to the tiniest detail has to be seen to be believed! You take away all the stress, ensuring everything runs like Clockwork...and thats what it did!"
